The Law
|The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) states that it is unlawful to discriminate against a disabled person in failing to comply with its provisions. Though initially the Act did not specifically mention online services or websites the consensus has been that it could be applied to them.

WARNING Millions of UK Internet users are putting themselves at risk of attack from Internet criminals because they don't understand threats to their computer or the ways to protect against them - These are the findings of a new campaign called Get Safe Online launched in London to tackle this serious problem.
